Yesterday they said it was on order and to call first thing this morning and they'd hold a copy for me.
Today, I've called and they say, "oh no, that won't be available until the 9th!".
Before anyone takes the suggestion of acts of violence against JB Hifi too far, let me just point out that they have insurance to cover all the suggested actions. The best we can do is tell everyone how they lied to us, and simply refuse to buy from them in future.

Now, does anyone in Sydney have a copy they can burn to DVD to save JB Hifi's victims from wasting heaps of download bandwidth? Happy to pay for licence and media!

Hate to say "I told you so" guys, so I'll say "It was bound to happen" instead. They open themselves up to litigation if they break the street date. There's also the possibility that the container ship bringing in the physical boxed copies hasn't arrived in port yet. Maybe by that time we'll have figured out which mods are causing it to crash.

It will be because BI gets the most money from sprocket, so they let it run for a week or two to get the mula, then allow retail outlets to sell it.

For weeks upon weeks, on sites I did gaze, to place just one order, for a game called OA.
I found many a site, all offering the game. But without a hard copy, it's not really the same.
So I searched and I searched, until one day I found. I pre-ordered post-haste, without reading around.
The site, you may know it. It's called CDWow! It has a reptutation. I read that just now.
You see, when I pre-ordered, I wasn't using my head. I thought it would be here, on the day that they said.
Alas, I was foolish, for they emailed today, "We have supply problems, sorry for the delay."
"We will contact suppliers, and get back to you then." In how many days? "Oh, around ten."
This annoyed me a little, but that's not the end. "Ten more days it will take, for us to send."
Score days I would sit here, If they had their way. No! I did cry, Not now, not today!
So I pondered my options, download or to wait. Either way that I chose, OA would be late.
So I pondered and pondered, and perhaps shed a tear. Until some glorious news, on the web I did hear.
A new supplier has been found, Hurrah! I exclaim. So I cancelled my order, and went to EB Games

We need to push for campaign ribbons to be allowed on an AEF unit-by-unit basis, so we can make the "Operation Arrowhead: Retail Ragnarok" ribbon, so that we sad few can have something (Apart from Arrowhead) to hold high on the Day of the second coming of MilSim.
