Not only look up "Caspian Sea Monster" videos ...Try "GROuND EFFECTS VEHICLES"......wow, is all i can say....just WOW.

My mate built a 2 seater with a subaru engine in it a few years ago.....Worked well out to Straddy n back..., but ppl don't like risking their lives in an (suposedly) untried craft.
.Check the commercial attempt (20seater) that they tried in Cairns harbour.

FLIPPOHROONIE it went on a pilots mistake,....Thus it died a death similar to the hovercrafts they tried up here aswell. (but theirs was mostly niose).


UP to 250% efficiency etc. on this technology is astounding....beats me why it's not more favourable.
