The Babba War - Mission Two, Sunday 2030-2200 hours Caucuses map

Next Mission based on my BABBA war campaign - Sun 3rd Sept 2030 hours start:

    Slots : 6 x AJS -37, 6 x M-2000C (Pretend JA-37), 4 x UH-1

AJS will be delivering RB-75 in SEAD role and NAV bombing with way point Radar update ...

    Situation:

The Soviet strikes against Kobuleti and Senaki late yesterday afternoon were poorly coordinated , but have proven the value of our BAS 60 system.
The Soviets are in the process of landing an Airborne division at Sukhumi and they have begun to move into the city proper.

    Mission:

We are going to exploit the cloud cover to conduct radar bombing of Sukhumi without threat of AAA or manpads. However, ELINT indicates that two SA-8's are operating at the airfield and so SEAD flights need to suppress these first..

AJS flights - Note the runway has been restricted by damage - Max Effort TO and Landings will be required.

    SEAD Element AJ-37

Load RB-75 and Countermeasures. Conduct SEAD operations against radar guided threats at Sukhumi. The strike aircraft should be safe from IR manpads above the clouds, so the radar threats are the priority.

    WP 1 Nav Fix
    WP 2 IP Fix
WP 3 Sukhumi (do not overfly at low level)
    WP4 Land

    Strike element AJ-37

Conduct Nav bombing through the clouds once SA-8 threats are eliminated.

    WP 1 Nav Fix
WP 2 IP Nav fix (radar fix)
    WP 3 Runway
    WP 4 Apron
    WP 5 Terminal Building
    WP6 Land

    JA-37 Elements

Conduct Escort/Sweep over Sukhumi to protect strike aircraft and rescue helos.

    WP1 Bullseye
    WP 2 Sukhumi
    WP 3 land

    Helo Task:

One of our SF-37's has gone down north of Ochamchira, somewhere in grid GH04. A chute was seen but there has been no radio contact. Conduct a sweep of the grid under cover of the strike/CAP mission. Our pilot will likley pop smoke when the helos are close enough. Lead Helo is the pick up.

WP 1 South East corner of GH04
    WP2 Land

I'm in. Viggen SEAD or striker.

Any chance of some imagery of the flight plan and target area?

If people are keen, I'd be interested in working up Viggen delivery methods prior.
