    i stumbled onto one not long ago for you shini, get some smoked tuna in a can (john west is the best) and some tinned spaghetti and chuck em both in a bowl and mix. heat up if you so wish and enjoy

    EDIT: remember to stir the crap out of it so its all mixed in

    If you have 10 minutes in the morning:

    Buy some cheap diced beef. Cheaper the better. Chop a onion, add as many vegetables as you can in the crisper, doesn't matter if they are a bit dodgy. Add a Bay leaf, some random herbs, a few chunks of garlic and a cup of some dodgy plonk that came from grapes. Then pour a tin of cheap diced tomatoes over the lot.

    Add a lid and go to work / uni / school / leave it for 6 hours. Don't touch it.

    You can then freeze it for 3 months and microwave when needed and have on toast for a quick feed before going to the pub.

    Total cost: 15 bucks for about 6 meals. And it's heathy for you.
